CHRISTMAS IS COMING!

Christmas is coming to our school! Our students are practising English carols and reading Christmas stories from England.One of the stories is about a Father Christmas who drinks lots of tea, milk, hot chocolate... in different houses. Would you like to know what happened to him?

The other story is about a cat called Splat, who wants a big present for Christmas. He wants to be a very good cat. Do you remember what he does?
We are having a great time reading and acting out the stories.

Halloween show!

Hello again!
Last friday 29th October we celebrated our Hallooween and Castanyada party all together. We enjojed very much with Super Castanyada, Super Witch, English Witch and our apprentices. Now you can see some pictures about it. Look!

Presentation!

Our conversation assistant Natasha told us about herself, her family and her country.
She showed us a fantastic power point with nice pictures. The presentation was great and very interesting. You can see it again and write a comment about it.

Finally we have our Auxiliar de Conversa at school.Her name's Natasha and she's from England. She lives in Cambridge but she was born in Kent. She's very friendly and kind.

International Women's Day

Hello children!
International Women's Day is celebrated on March 8. It is a global day celebrating the economic, political and social achievements of women. I know you are preparing posters in your classroom with information about important women. It's a very good idea!
The following video is a tribute to the women of the world. I will tell you about some of them in class. Click on the video, Mariah Carey sings the beautiful song "Hero".

"Nyam-Nyam" Week

This week we will do activities related to FOOD. Not only English, but also the rest of subjects will be dedicated to eating and healthy habits, food pyramids, food chains, recipes, craftwork, etc. In a few days we will upload some pictures and videos of such activities.

These are some of the Halloween pictures that we made! We had fun that day because Super Witch and Super Castanyera fought a lot. But don´t worry, they were joking and they became friends. We enjoyed it!
